Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OcheBase ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Revelopt j.d.o.o.

2. Description of Service

OcheBase is a mobile platform for darts players that provides the following services:

• Live match scoring and score tracking
• Tournament organization and management (single elimination, round robin, group stages, leagues)
• Community creation and management
• Player statistics and performance analytics
• Player profiles and social features

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the App.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Maintain only one account per person
• Verify your email address before accessing the full App

You may register using your email address and password, or through Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

OcheBase offers both free and paid (Pro) subscription tiers:

Free Tier: Access to basic features including match scoring, basic statistics, and community participation.

Pro Tier: Access to premium features including advanced statistics, unlimited tournament creation, and additional customization options.

Payment Terms:

• Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store via RevenueCat
• Both one-time purchases and recurring subscription payments are available
• Recurring subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Cancellation and refund policies are governed by the respective app store's terms
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice
• Price changes will not affect your current billing period

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or inaccurate information
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Manipulate match scores, tournament results, or statistics
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
• Use automated systems or bots to access the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Impersonate another user or person

7. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the App, including profile information, comments, and community posts. By posting content, you grant OcheBase a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content within the App for the purpose of operating and improving the service.

You are solely responsible for the content you post and must ensure it does not violate any laws or infringe on the rights of others.

8. Tournament and Match Data

Match scores and tournament results submitted through the App become part of the shared competition record. This data:

• May be visible to other participants and community members
• May be used to calculate rankings, standings, and statistics
• May be displayed in tournament brackets and leaderboards
• Cannot be unilaterally modified after submission without tournament organizer approval

9. Intellectual Property

The OcheBase name, logo, design, source code, and all associated intellectual property are owned by Revelopt j.d.o.o. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for its intended purpose. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App
• Use the OcheBase name or branding without written permission
• Create derivative works based on the App

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior
• Fail to comply with applicable laws

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon deletion:

• Your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Your match history and tournament contributions may be anonymized and retained as part of the competition record

11. App Updates and Availability

We may release updates to the App from time to time to fix bugs, improve functionality, or add new features. Some updates may be required to continue using the App. Updated versions of the App may include additional or modified terms that require your separate acceptance.

We strive to maintain the App's availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, server issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by such unavailability.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• The results obtained from the App will be accurate or reliable
• Any defects will be corrected

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Revelopt j.d.o.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claims related to the App shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Revelopt j.d.o.o., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
• Any content you submit through the App

15. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make significant changes:

• We will update the "Last updated" date
• We will notify you through the App or via email
• If required by law, we will obtain your renewed consent

Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the App.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the competent courts of Croatia. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
